principalOur Lady of Mercy Catholic Primary is a co-educational school catering for children from Kindergarten (4 year olds) to Year 6 (11 year olds). Being a Catholic school, Religious Education is an integral part of our programme and is part of the daily life of the school.
The school provides education in the following learning areas: the Arts, English, Health & Physical Education, Mathematics, Science, Society & the Environment and Technology & Enterprise.

We have specialist teachers in Music, Visual Arts, Physical Education and Library. We have a team of support teachers who assist students who may be experiencing difficulties, particularly with their literacy and numeracy skills.

The school has initiated the Bluearth Program in 2010 which has made significant in roads in the physical, spiritual and emotional development of the students.

The EMU Numeracy program support students in the school who are having difficulty with mathematical concepts.  Teachers have extensive strategies at their disposal within the program to specifically cater and meet the individual needs of students in numeracy.

We pride ourselves in having a staff dedicated to catering for the development of the whole child, that being their intellectual, social, emotional, physical and of course spiritual development. Thank you for your interest in our school and I trust the information on this web site will answer any questions you may have.

God bless.

Mr. Drew Jago
